Dear Noel, Steve, Sherri, Aunt Ginny, Jen, and family-
Sending our heartfelt condolences to each of you. Norma was so thoughtful, smart, and incredibly determined. She loved you all so much. Proud of all of her grandchildren. Norma was a loving spirit and a beautiful wife and mother. We will truly miss our visits seeing you and the wonderful conversations. Your legacy will live on.
Good bye friend. Rest well, Norma.

Norma and I only exchanged Christmas cards and that cemented our connection as step-sisters. At my brother, Michael’s funeral Norma, Noel, Ginny and Nina had an immediate bond. They all treated me like a close family even though we had not seen each other in many years. Norma even took the time to let me know their new address when they moved to Delaware. That simple act shows she was a very sweet caring person and why she’ll be missed so much.

You Sailed Away into Paradise! Sister-in-law your physical presence left us, but you will be forever in my heart, I will always think of our numerous travel adventures, fishing, crabbing, walking, getting flat, vacations, cruises, concerts, etc. the list goes on, but will stop here, because it is long, creating and sharing a bonding friendship of love, tears and laughter that lasted a lifetime.
I will always have your spiritual friendship, especially when listening to Smooth Jazz, remembering how near and far we traveled to see our favorite artists in concert.
Thank you for coming into my life and introducing and sharing your knowledge of Smooth Jazz Music with me.
I love and miss you dearly. Rest In Eternal Paradise Norma Jo, until we meet again.
Your sister-in-law,
Cheryl aka One of the Jazzie Girlz
Though I’ve never had the pleasure of meeting you, I work with your daughter Sherri. She is incredibly artistic, calm, and full of positive energy, with a deep love for music. She must be a beautiful reflection of you.
“Thank you, Mom, for being the best mom a girl could ever ask for. My best friend. My confidant.”
That is the highest compliment a daughter can give. The love and values you instilled in her continue to shine brightly.
Journey Well! Grandma you are now my Red Cardinal. You may have passed on, but your memories would always be within my heart.
