Nora Sansbury's Obituary
Nora Lee (Hunnicutt) Sansbury, age 73, of Rehoboth Beach, DE died Saturday, January 6, 2007, at Harrison Senior Living in Georgetown,DE. Mrs. Sansbury was born in Waynesboro, VA., daughter of the late Theodore Lyman Columbus Hunnicutt and Earline Jenny (Odom) Hunnicutt. She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, Rehoboth Beach, DE. Mrs. Sansbury was a calligrapher and a fine artist who painted in both oils and watercolors.
She is survived by her husband Gilbert M. Sansbury; a
daughter-Belinda Morton & husband Bob of Frederick, MD; a Son-Dan Sansbury & wife Claudia of LaPlata, MD; a very special friend, Shelly Peton of Brandywine, MD; 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Epworth United Methodist Church, 20 Baltimore Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE on Tuesday January 9, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Jack Abel officiating. There will be a viewing from 1 to 2 P.M. at the church prior to the funeral service. Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suitland, Md.
