Nina Louise Wilson's Obituary
Nina Louise Wilson, 87, of Lewes, DE passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. She was born on December 15, 1937, in Chester, PA to the late Charles and Raphaela (Yacona) Borgese.
Nina was a devoted member of St. Edmond Catholic Church and an active member of the Village Improvement Association (VIA) of Rehoboth Beach. Nina and her husband David lived in The Glade, Rehoboth Beach, for over 20 years before moving to The Lodge at Historic Lewes.
Nina is survived by her loving husband, David N. Wilson of Lewes; daughter, Denise Bernardo of Lewes; son, Jeffrey (Kathleen) Wilson of Lewes; Grandchildren: Holly (Brandon) Smith of Rehoboth Beach, Krista (Rick) Iovan of Illinois, Allyson (James) Priano of Maitland, FL, Michael Bernardo of Illinois, and Blaire Wilson of Pasadena, CA. Great Grandchildren: Meryl and Sunny Smith of Rehoboth Beach, Jacqueline Priano of Maitland, FL, and Lydia Iovan of Illinois. Former Son-in-Law, Dominic Bernardo of Illinois. She will always be remembered by her family as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025, from 10 to 11 AM, at St. Edmond Catholic Church, 409 King Charles Ave., Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971. Mass of Christian Burial will follow the visitation at 11 AM at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Nina’s memory be made to St. Edmond Catholic Church.
