Nancy June Yngstrom, age 70 of Lewes, DE, passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at her home. She was born on June 26, 1952, in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of the late William and Mary Schulenburg. Nancy was a nurturing and caring per Read Obituary
This is so surreal but we have the good memories of our beloved Nan "Mom" from our early college days to keep us away from the sadness. She was one of the best people we have ever met and we loved her so. Living as young college guys in NYC (we attended Wagner with Dawn), Nan allowed us to call her "mom". What an amazing gesture! This and so much more. And she was great to us. She made us laugh, and always dealt with our shenanigans, but this is also what made her so special. Throughout the years, we lost touch but were able to reconnect in the last couple of years of her life. She was the same beautiful person and we reminisced. Nan loved her family and recall her saying how happy she was to be a grandmother to her beautiful girls.
We will miss you Nan, and you will always be in our hearts, Mom.
Our hearts are with Dawn, Danny, Pat, Aunt Bo, Vinny, and the girls.
