Molly Young Wingate's Obituary
Molly Young Wingate, age 59, of Rehoboth Beach, DE, died Sunday, October 17, 2010, at her residence with her loved ones by her side. She was born Septermber 5, 1951 in St. Louis, MO, daughter of the late Marshall E. and Jean M. Young.
Molly had been employed for the last 11 years in photo production and IT at the Cape Gazette newspaper. Molly was a life-long cat lover.
Molly is survived by the all-time love of her life, her husband Douglas N. Wingate. She is also survived by her sister Susan Young of Florida and her brother Marshall E. Young, Jr. of Colorado, as well as by nieces Nichole Young and Nicki Clausen-Grace; nephews, Edward C. Clausen and Glenn M. Clausen. Also surviving are her parents-in-law, Jay D. and Frances E. Wingate of Rehoboth Beach, her step-son Jay Cameron Wingate and step-daughter Emily Saville Wingate; step-grandchildren, Cameron Jack Draper and Mary Jane Draper.
There will be a Chapel Service at St. Georges Chapel, Beaver Dam Road, near Angola, DE, on Friday, October 22, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. followed by interment at All Saints' Cemetery across the street from the chapel. Rev. Max Wolf will be officiating. Arrangements by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Lewes, DE.
