It was a blessing to have Millard and Joan at Epworth CHurch in Rehoboth Beach for many years. On the day the steeple was put into place at the new location on Holland Glade Road Millard and Joan sat out in the grass in lawn chairs and took a steady stream of pictures of the process, which took quite a lot of time, until at last the cross was in place.
