Michael E. Roney's Obituary
Michael E. Roney, age 84, passed away peacefully at home on January 1, 2026.
Born on April 9, 1941, in Washington, D.C., Michael was the son of the late John and Maria Roney. He dedicated his professional life to AT&T, beginning his career as a lineman and, through hard work and determination, retiring as an executive. His career reflected his strong work ethic, leadership, and commitment.
Michael shared a loving life with his wife, Camilla, and together they enjoyed traveling, surf fishing, and spending time at the beach—places where Michael felt most at peace. These simple joys brought him great happiness and created lasting memories.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Camilla Lee Woodall, and his daughter, Karen Roney.
Michael is survived by his sister, Pat Quarto, who will cherish his memory always.
