Michael You never said Goodbye
Michael You never said I'm leaving
Michael I never said goodbye.
Michael You were gone before I knew it,
And only God knows why.
A million times I Will need you,
A million times I Will cry.
If love alone could have saved you,
You never would have died.
In life I loved you dearly,
In death I love you still.
In my heart you hold a place,
That no one could ever fill.
It’s breaking my heart to lose you,
But you didn't go alone
For part of me went with you,
The day God took you home.
36 wonderful years of friendship
Michael
I cannot believe you have left this earth. I was suppose to go first. I sure do miss you and I not sure whom I will chat with on Saturday Mornings? 25 years we chatted every Saturday morning about life and our week.
We are grateful to have been able to see Michael over lunch last month. We've known him for 35 years, from when we all lived in Alexandria, Va; sharing so many meals, parties and fun times togethers. He was a warm, kind and very witty man. His sense of humor made him the center of attention everywhere. Though he passed in a manner we would all hope for, it was too soon. We are forever deprived of his delightful company. Rest in Peace, Michael,

I'm very sad at the passing of Michael. I only met Michael last Spring but was always struck by his wonderful sense of humor and that constant smile. I would frequently see him walking the Lewes - Georgetown Trail while I was biking, and would exchange pleasant greetings and often have short conversations. My day was always a bit sunnier after chatting with Michael. My condolences to his family and his friends in their loss. God bless Michael.

Michael,
Everytime we met, we laughed! I will never forget all the selfies we took and sent to Bill! He laughed just as hard as we did taking them. I will miss your quick comebacks and your smile. I am glad we had the opportunity to become crazy friends who always said hello and made each other laugh and smile.
Such a wonderful gentle man. It was an honor to know him. So thoughtful and kind - just the most fun person to be with. Will miss his smile and sense of humor. Will always remember the fun time we had with him and Bill in Puerto Vallarta. The world has lost a very special soul.

Best neighbor ever. Always had a smile (even when asleep, sunning himself in the driveway). He loved his flowers, and his dogs, and life in general. We miss him.
