An incredibly strong woman who worked hard to make Lewes a better town. You will be missed!🙏❤️
To Dave and family,
It's been quite a while since our paths have crossed, but you were the best neighbors and friends while living in Wilmington. Maryanne was the kindest and most beautiful person I knew. I loved babysitting (for Eric) so many years ago. My prayers and wishes go out to all of you with fond memories.

To Dave and your family... I am sending you my heartfelt condolences for your loss. Maryanne was an extraordinary lady who shared her warmth and generosity effortlessly. .... I was so lucky to meet you, Maryanne, and your delightful children a few years ago, as you were getting to know my daughter, Sheila, and her young daughter, Vivian. You and Maryanne generously let me “adopt” one of your furry lost souls, an adorable black and white kitten who you had appropriately named Scout. All this was some time ago, but I have never forgotten your kindness, generosity, and how you welcomed me into your home. ... You are all in my prayers as you navigate this difficult time. My hope is that warm Spring days and cherished memories will comfort you. Fondly, Carol Pfordt
Dave and family, I send sincere sympathy in your loss. What were the chances that I walked my little friend to Saint Thomas’ and later became connected through our mutual concern for others. Marianne was so talented and with you at her side, made good things happen. I hope the coming days are filled with beautiful thoughts, she certainly was a dear and beautiful person.
Dear Dave and the Ennis Family: Please accept my sympathy on the passing of Maryanne. 58 years of marriage is a great tribute to Maryanne and to you, Dave. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.
