I am correcting my previous comment, saying we loved jazz
with out our husbands..That was
clearly a typo...It should have
read: we loved (enjoyed) jazz
with OUR husbands...Sorry,

I am still in shock. I had just returned from a Florida vacation, picked up
my back Wash.Post papers and
saw Mary Margaret's obituary. Wow!
Still cannot quite grasp it. I literally ran to my box of 'Christmas cards.
she had written, "Sorry this is late,
but after testing and testing, I go in
for surgery.......She sounded so up-
beat that I was waiting to hear from
her...and, never did. Now, this. So,
so very sorry...My sincere condolences to all the family. I would love to hear from one of the
family,please, at their convenience.
Love to all from an old, old high-
school friend, college roommate'

Thank you for raising such a loving family. I am blessed to know you and your family and to be welcomed into it.
To Beth and the Rogers Family,
I am terribly sorry to hear about the passing of Mrs. Rogers. I read the beautiful story of her life and I was touched on how great a person she was and how much she has accomplished raising 8 children and being a grandmother to 33 grandchildren along with her great academic career and working career. Mrs. Rogers was a remarkable person - a great, caring, supportive, and loving wife, mother and grandmother to the entire Rogers family. Our condolences and prayers are with you all. God Bless.
Mary will be missed. May she rest with the angels in everlasting peace.
Dear Beth and Family,
Although I never met your mom, I am glad to see her pretty facek on this website. Beth, I can see where you got your looks! You both have beautiful eyes. I loved reading her story and seeing all the names of her big family. As a mom of a big family, I am certain that each of you brought special joy to her life. She lives on in all your hearts. Beth, everything special about you I can now credit to Mary Margaret! I am glad I got to know her through you. God bless you all. xoxo Nancy
Steve and Jeannie,
