Your folks were our next-door neighbors in Charleston when we moved from Delaware. It was such fun to find other fans of Dewey Beach right there in West (By God) Virginia. We appreciated their help as we settled in to the Mountain State. Could not have asked for better neighbors. Our sympathies (though belated) for the loss of both Jim and Irene, each one of a kind!
