Mary Cosgrove's Obituary
Mary Cosgrove, age 60, of Milton, DE, formerly of Hoboken and long time resident of Bloomfield, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at Beebe Healthcare, in Lewes, DE. She was born on August 31, 1958 in Hoboken, NJ, daughter of Joan Nisler (née Broderick) and of the late Thomas Nisler.
Mrs. Cosgrove graduated from St. Mary's Nursing School in Hoboken, NJ. She was dedicated to her job as a nurse and case manager for many years. Mrs. Cosgrove devoted her life to helping children and retired from the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Cosgrove survived by her husband, Paul Cosgrove of Milton, DE; two sons: Ryan Paul Cosgrove of New Brunswick, NJ and Sean Thomas Cosgrove of Milton, DE; and one sister, Joan Marie Nisler of Lewes, DE.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Cosgrove's name to St. Jude Children Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Memorial contributions may also be sent to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, 3401 Civic Center Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
