Well I always liked when Marc greeted me with "Hey Johnnyboy". I don't know how he could have known it, but when I was a kid people called me Johnnyboy growing up in Brooklyn, NY. So it always brought back warm memories of that time. Marc was the only one I can remember using that nickname for me as an adult. I will miss his stories and recollections, with all the vivid details and chuckles that came along with them. He always made us feel so welcome in his home, with his husband Tom. He was someone who was shamelessly open and bawdy, with a take me as I am personality. And I admired that. Craig and I will miss you very much! 🎈❤️💙

I loved all the traveling we did together on many cruise ships. He and Tom came up with the most fabulous costumes for the theme parties, and they were always a big hit that attracted lots of attention and made them many new friends.

Marc and I met in September 1968. We were standing in line for freshmen orientation at then named Newark State College. On that day we started a conversation that lasted for 57 years. There were good times and bad but mostly good. It's been said that things work out for the best. I can honestly say Marc changed the projection of my life when we shared a basement apartment in Elizabeth NJ after college. Without Marc's help, I would have had to move back home and life would have been a lot different. So much to say, so little time and space to say it. A truly warm, outgoing person who will be missed by many.

I didn't know Marc as well as some but we became friends at Landmark and shared some good times together. I remember being invited to Rehobeth for a fantastic summer party, music, BBQ, great people and lovely sunshine. I especially enjoyed all of Marc and Tom's photos of Christmas lights and cruise themed parties. We shared a lot of things through FB recently and he lived life to the fullest, bringing his love and laughter to all who knew him. Marc, you will be missed.

My first memory of Marc Worosilo; he was dressed as a nun. It was Halloween, his 22nd birthday. In 1974 & 75 Marc Worosilo was the coolest guy I knew. At Winfield Park Elementary School he taught 7th & 8th grade. Up until that point I really hadn’t enjoyed school very much; it felt like a dangerous place. All that changed when I walked into Mr. Worosilo’s classroom. I felt safe. He cared.
Mr. Worosilo taught me so many things (except math, I still suck at that). He taught me that dancing was okay, he taught me how to behave at a restaurant, he taught me how to really decorate a Christmas tree, he encouraged me to lose some weight (I was chubby), he taught me, through example, that you can build your own happiness by working at it - making plans, getting involved.
Mr. Worosilo took me to my very first Broadway show - Grease. He offered me my first role in a play and encouraged me to “have fun with the role.” It changed my life.
A few years back I had the opportunity to visit with Marc and his partner Tom Negran at Rehoboth Beach. Although I was a grown man now, it was as if no time had passed. We all fell into a comfortable pattern of fun, outrageous humor, intelligent conversation, and activity, which of course Marc had planned.

Tom,
My deepest sympathy. One great memory I have of Marc, is when he brought the silver VW convertible, then drove around dressed as the Easter Bunny. It was a great one of the funniest things I have ever seen.
