Mark Andrew DiSabatino's Obituary
Mark Andrew DiSabatino, of Lewes, DE, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. He was born on March 18, 1963, in Wilmington, DE, son of the late Richard P. DiSabatino Sr. and Barbara L. (Engler) DiSabatino.
Mark graduated from Sanford School in Hockessin, DE, with the class of 1982 and then went on to work at the family business, EDIS, as a carpenter and project manager for 25 years and was a member of the Carpenters Local Union 626 of Wilmington, DE. He enjoyed watching old movies, especially the Universal Classic Monster Movies, John Wayne movies, and The Three Stooges. Mark was an outdoorsman who enjoyed gardening, offshore fishing, and going to the beach. He was an excellent handyman, and you could always find him fixing something around the house. Mark loved spending time with his children and was always building things for them. He enjoyed taking them to the movies and theme parks, and dressing up for his favorite holiday, Halloween.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his three daughters; Lauren DiSabatino of Wilmington, DE, Nicole DiSabatino of Monroeville, NJ, and Caroline Wojdylak of Okeechobee, FL, and his siblings; Richard DiSabatino, Daria DiSabatino, and Dana DiSabatino.
