Sue,
I was so sad to hear about your mom. She was one of moms oldest and dearest friends. They shared happy memories of traveling to Ireland and working at the Historical Society. Your mom was such an artist and mom loved making crafts with her for the Thompsons Store. Fran and I went to visit with her recently. We had a wonderful talk and it helped us immensely to talk with her about mom. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Susy, I'm so sorry! Debbie, Lorrie and I had no idea (we just now found out via Jill Cowan Stevens) and we're heartbroken. Your mother was a part of our lives for as long as we can remember as one of our mother's best friends. We remember all their days working together at the Lewes Historical Society, going to mass every Sunday and singing in the choir. Be comforted knowing she lived a long and full life. Please know we're thinking of you and again, we're so very sorry.

I always looked for Peg Sherow when visiting the Lewes historical society buildings. She was a good friend of my mother, Margaret Wright of Rehoboth and St. Edmond's. They enjoyed sharing stories of Lewes, the church, etc. Your mother was a happy person and I am sure you will miss her.

Ms. Peg was a beautiful witness to us all here at St. Jude the Apostle Parish. She was a member of many ministries to include a faithful Eucharistic adoration adorer, member of St. Judes Pro life, member of the Columbiettes , and a very devoted daily mass attendee.

She always had an encouraging word and was so easy to talk to.

May her soul and all the souls of our faithful departed through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Peggy was such a wonderful person, very devoted to Pro-Life causes and attended daily mass till she became too sick to do so. Love you Peggy.
