We are so very sorry you have had to experience the loss of your dear child, and/or grandchild, "Maggie", and we are here for you. The Compassionate Friends is a national nonprofit, self-help, support organization offering friendship and understanding to bereaved parents, siblings, and grandparents. There are no religious affiliations, membership dues, or fees. We meet together to learn to cope with the struggles of living life without our precious children. I did not know Maggie but I am touched by her beautiful smile and all of the touching tributes. I lost my sister when I was 18 years old so I know first hand the heartache of losing someone so special and the only comfort that I can give you is that my sister’s passing strengthened my faith and directed the path of my life. I pray that God’s healing arms surround you and bring you peace.
