I’m so very sad that I’ve lost my friend of over 60 years. She was definitely one of a kind. We had some pretty wild times and will miss her so much. She will always be in my heart. Will be praying for Skip and the family that God wraps his arms around you all and you find comfort that she is now free of pain.
Peggy was a lot of fun to be around. We all enjoyed working together for the City of Wilmington back in the 70s and 80s. She and Al were a great team.
My deepest condolences to Al and the rest of the Carter clan.
Peggy brought smiles everywhere. Her warmth was a blessing to those with her. Rest in peace, Peggy.
