Lynn was a very special friend and neighbor of mine when we lived in Whiting House at Dean Jr College. She lived in “grand central” with three others and I shared pizza with them sitting on the floor, planning, dreaming, and sharing our stories while the Mass. snow flew. She was always full of fun. Lynn was the one who got me interested in joining DJC Choir. We sang in Boston on television, as i remember, and another time with the Boston Pops! We all were bused to sing at the N.Y. Worlds Fair in 1965. I have always been the quiet follower so i will be ever grateful for Lynn having been there to light my fire . I am not sure, but I think she also was the one who talked me into playing an exhibition basketball game.
I will always regret that because I didn’t have any time to practice and I knew absolutely nothing about basketball. I was like a deer in the headlights!
She will really be missed. I am so sad to hear of her loss. Much love to her friends and family!
