Linda Kay Van Brunt's Obituary
On Tuesday October 05, 2021, Linda Kay Van Brunt Peacefully joined her Lord and Savior. She resided in Bethany Beach, De for the majority of her life, but began her life March 18, 1941, in Guthrie Center, IA as the oldest Daughter of Frank & Geneva Sebert.
She resided in Oklahoma City, OK for many years, where she found her calling in Ministry and Service. She cofounded “In His Ministry” with her mother, Geneva Sebert. She spent numerous years travelling with Ed Van Brunt throughout the US and many international destinations sharing the gospel. She had a beautiful voice and recorded several albums of Christian music as well as performed in numerous church choirs and organizations over the years.
She was preceded in death by Frank A. Sebert and Geneva K Sebert. She is survived by Harry Sebert and wife Jody; Tom Sebert and wife Judi; and Joy Dell and husband Harry. She is also survived by Chris Bailey and wife Pam of OKC, OK; Cassie Van Brunt of Bethany Beach, DE; Rick Bailey of VA; and Tim Van Brunt and wife Crystal of Lewes, DE. She also has 20 grandchildren throughout the US and 10 great-grandchildren with 1 great- great-grandchild on the way.
She was a kind, joyous and spiritual person who truly loved serving her family. Her driving passion was to ensure her family and friends would join her in heaven.
There will be a “Celebration of Life” gathering on Friday, October 08, 2021, from 5pm to 7pm at the Villages of Five Points Community Center located at 17339 North Village Main Blvd in Lewes, DE 19958.
