Linda A. McMullan's Obituary
Linda A. McClellan McMullan, age 71 of Rehoboth Beach, passed away peacefully, surrounded by angels on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at her home. She was born on December 18, 1948 in Chester, PA, daughter of the late William and Lillian Levenstein.
Linda grew up in Chester, PA and was a graduate of Chester High School. She moved to Aston, PA where she raised her family. Linda built a lifelong career as a legal secretary, working for various law firms in Media and the greater Philadelphia area, including Marshal Dennehey Law Firm for many years. Following retirement to the Delaware Beaches, Linda’s calling to be a legal secretary beckoned, and she went back to work for the State of Delaware Department of Justice.
Linda enjoyed travel, the beach and was a die-hard Philadelphia Flyers and Phillies sports fan. Above all, she cherished time spent with her children and grandchildren, who were her everything. Affectionately known as "Linnie", Linda's home was always open to her children’s' friends, and she took great pleasure in hosting them and making everyone feel welcome. She adored her grandchildren, the very apples of her eye. Grandma "Ninnie" never missed an opportunity to support them in their activities. She enjoyed watching Summer dance and Finn play sports. Linda was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who had the good fortune to know her.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her brother, Bobby Levenstein. She is survived by her children: Kelly Ann Fusco and her husband Chris of Lewes, DE, and Kevin Arthur McClellan and his wife Jaimee of Glenside, PA; and her beloved grandchildren: Finnegan and Summer.
