Linda L. Kennedy's Obituary
Linda "Lin" L. (Andrews) Kennedy, age 57, of Lewes, DE, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Wednesday, October 15, 2008 after a long battle with ALS. She was born June 14, 1951 to the late Andy and Anna Marie (Adolf) Andrews.
Lin is survived by her husband of 29 years, Roy A. Kennedy; two daughters, Johanna Kennedy and granddaughter Savana Moore of Greenwood, DE, and Casey Walsh and her husband Matt of Milton, DE; companion Maxwell Gunther (dog), Simba, Seemore, Hollie, Mistletoe, & Shadow (cats); and granddog Bazli. Lin loved to go to the beach, plant flowers around the house, and read in her free time. Lin and her family moved to DE 6 years ago from South Jersey.
A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at 2 PM at Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE. Friends may call at the funeral home beginning at 1:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to Compassionate Care Hospice of the Delmarva Peninsula, 31038 Country Gardens Blvd., Dagsboro, DE 19939.
