This is really sad news. I worked with Lon for almost 10 years which equated to a lot of great lunches. He was the consummate team player and helped me choose banking as a career.

My sympathy to his family. I worked for Lon in the early 1970's at the Bank of Delaware. I always enjoyed his company, he was a wonderful person to have known.

Dear Gail,
I am truly saddened to learn of Lon's passing. I worked with Lon at Bank of Delaware and then PNC for many years and he was a true gentleman, hard worker, and fun to be around. He brightened many lives during his days at work.

Dear Gail,
I’m so sorry to hear of Lon’s passing. I worked with Lon at PNC and admired him and enjoyed his sense of humor. I will always remember the two of you dancing at a Christmas party at the DuPont CC. What wonderful dancers you both were! Please accept my condolences at this difficult time.

Sally and I have known Lonnie for many years. I have known him for at least 50 years. We all worked in Banking together. My wife worked with him at Bank of Delaware and PNC. And I worked at Wilmington Trust with Gail. We also had many enjoyable years of vacations, dinners, and cruises together. My wife and I will miss him greatly. She and Lonnie were terrific dancers and had some jitter-bug trophies at Bank of Delaware picnics. We sincerely offer our Condolences to the entire Callaway family.
Lewis will be sorely missed. My family and I pray for all of you at this time and hope that the great memories overcast the grief. Lewis was a joy to know and I can't tell you how much I enjoyed our conversations. He will be sorely missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Callaway family.l
