Leroy O. Bush's Obituary
Leroy O. Bush, age 92, of Lewes, DE passed away on Wednesday, March 30 2016 at his son's residence in Lewes, DE. He was born on October 17, 1923 in Midway, DE, son of the late Charles H. and Clara B. (Johnson) Bush.
Mr. Bush attended Midway Assembly of God Church in Lewes. Mr. Bush's life revolved around farming, which he enjoyed immensely.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Bush was preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years, Mary Elizabeth Bush in 2006, a son, Raymond Bush and a daughter, Lisa Bush. He is survived by his five children: Mary McGee, Shirley Bradley, Chester Bush, Peggy Carmine and Jeffrey Bush; twelve grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at 11:00 AM, at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, where friends may call beginning at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow the services at the Henlopen Memorial Park, 28787 Lockerman Road, Milton, DE.
Memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Bush's memory to the Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
