Mrs. Lena B. Seely was born October 1, 1923 in Lincoln, DE to Charles and Minerva Bethard. She died peacefully at the home of her daugher in Greenwood, DE on September 29, 2005.
Lena was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Clifton Stuart Seely, her sister, Althea Dickerson of Milton and her brother, Ross Bethard, of Ohio.

There are also 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and many valued family and friends.
Lena worked for about 25 years at O.A. Newton and Sons in Bridgeville where she substituted on the switchboard at the main office, then worked in the appliance department. She appreciated both co-workers and customers met over the years.
Clifton and Lena spent 60 years on the Seely family farm growing crops, garden vegetables and welcoming extended family for frequent visits. Lena enjoyed family, sewing and gardening.
