Leigh was a classmate of ours in the Newark Academy Class of 1967. He was a friendly, funny and generous classmate and always fun to be around. although we did not travel together outside of school, I do have good memories of our classes together. Leigh, Sharon, Sally and my self were on silver side road. We both had just bought brand new VW bugs. Of course we had a few beers, and were on our way to get pizza. At the light at Silverside and Foulk Rd, we decided to play bumper cars, not nowing two cops were watching the whole thing. I would push Leigh, he would back up and push me! When the cops turned there lights on, Leigh ate a tube of chap stick! We got a lecture,and were on our way! Have had a lot of laughs through the years thinking back on that day . May God watch over your soul, and mend the differences between you and Sally!
