Lawrence L. Blain's Obituary
Lawrence L. Blain, age 76, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on Monday, April 25, 2022. He was born on February 9, 1946, in PA, son of the late Ralph Blain and Laura Lafferty.
Mr. Blain was a proud veteran, having honorably served in the US Navy. He had many and varied hobbies. Mr. Blain was an avid outdoors person and enjoyed fishing, hunting and was a talented storyteller. He truly enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. Mr. Blain will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Blain was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane Blain, and his sister, Gail Hughes. He is survived by his daughter, Victoria Holt (Chris Callahan); his sons: Lawrence Blain and William Blain; his grandchildren: Amanda Urbelis (Nicole Urbelis), Shane Murphy, Samantha Holt, Tyler Holt, Harmony Blain, Tabatha, Alexis and Dylan Blain; his great grandchildren: Avery Urbelis, Willow Blain, and Damien Blain;his brother, Earl Cloud; his sisters: Patricia McCracken and Linda Bacon; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
