Laura Jane McKendrick's Obituary
Laura Jane McKendrick, age 46 of Seaford, DE departed this life on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes. Laura was born May 3, 1967 in Tonawanda, New York, daughter of William (Bill) and Linda Hite McKendrick of Seaford, DE . In addition to her parents she is survived a brother Andrew McKendrick, by her Uncle Albert Hamilton of MD, Aunt Lois Overbay and husband Gary of VA, Aunt Audrey Siple of MD, Uncles Kenneth McKendrick and Lewis Nelson of PA, Aunt Evelyn "BABE" Scanish of AZ, Aunt Phyllis Foster and husband Tex of TX and numerous cousins.
Laura was a medical secretary in the ICU at Beebe Healthcare. She enjoyed arts and crafts, traveling, and loved taking care of her feline "kids", her family, and her extended family and friends. She was a true caregiver.
A Celebration of Life Visitation is being held on Friday, March 28, 2014 from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the McCurry Conference Center, 18947 John J. Williams Highway, Rehoboth Beach, DE where Prayer Services will be held at 6:00 PM
