Larry Amos Musser
Devoted husband, father, and volunteer
Larry Amos Musser, age 78 of Rehoboth Beach, DE, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on June 2, 1945, in Massillon, OH, son of the late Amos D. and Gladys I. (Miller) Musser.
Larry proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps and rose to the rank of Sergeant. He worked in construction and also as a printer. Upon retirement, Larry took great pride in volunteering at Beebe's Cardio Rehabilitation where he made many new friends. He was very handy and will be remembered for his willingness to assist friends and family with projects and repairs.
Larry was preceded in death by his four siblings: Richard, Robert, Donovan, and Rae-Anne Musser. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Carol (Murphy) Musser; his sons: Kurt Musser (Anita) of Stevensville and Timothy Musser of Germantown; his daughter, Sara Olson (Eric) of Churchton; his grandchildren: Sabrina Angell (Maxwell), Eliana Musser, and Ethan, Carly, Chelsey, and Travis Olson; his sister-in-law, Sheryl (King) Musser of Orrville, OH; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held for Larry at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Larry's memory to the Beebe Foundation for Cardiac Rehab, 902 Savannah Rd., Lewes, DE 19958.
