Kevin LeMaire's Obituary
Kevin Ray LeMaire, age 44, passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2012.
Kevin, a native of Rehoboth Beach, dedicated his career to educating youth at Caesar Rodney and Cape Henlopen School Districts where he was a well respected world history teacher. Kevin touched the lives of all students he encountered. His role as a teacher well extended beyond the classroom. He also worked on the beaches of Rehoboth for thirty four years where many friendships evolved.
Kevin was a devoted father to Kaleb, Karissa and Korrine. His life revolved around his children. The sun set and rose on their success.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Kari and their three children: Kaleb, Karissa and Korrine; his mother: Barbara Brittingham ; two sisters, Sharon LeMaire and Karen LeMaire; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with Kevin’s family on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at the beach off Olive Avenue, Rehoboth Beach at 7:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Kevin Ray LeMaire Foundation Fund, c/o M & T Bank, 19511 Camelot Drive, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.
