Kathryn Ann Jordan's Obituary
Kathryn Ann Jordan, age 70, of Lewes, DE, passed on Thursday, August 4, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on July 28, 1952, in Paterson, NJ, the daughter of the late Catherine C. (Hopper) and William P. Kalff II.
Mrs. Jordan was a resident of Wilmington, DE, for decades but was happy to have made her long-time favorite beach town of Lewes her home in 2020.
Kathy, as she was known to family and friends, ran a successful marketing agency, Jordan Marketing, with her husband for many years before their recent retirement. She was best known for, her kind nature, selflessness, and the unconditional love that she had for her family and many friends. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend and will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known her.
Kathy is survived by her beloved husband of forty-nine years, Charlie Jordan, of Lewes, DE; her two sons, Joseph Jordan (Julie) of Middletown, DE and Jeff Jordan of Wilmington, DE; her siblings, William P. Kalff, III of Sonoma, CA, Terry Messick of Ottawa, KS, and Paul Kalff of Clearwater, FL; and the lights of her life, her four grandchildren, Korrin, Joshua, Jospeh, and Kennedy Jordan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of her Life on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at 11:00AM, at Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE, where friends may visit beginning at 10:00 AM.
