Kathy I remember dearly. She nurtured Dick and me when we were fledgling newly arrivals in the DC area. She treated us to unbelievable Italian meals at least two times a week for, like, 2 years! She acted like SHE was the one grateful that we were there. I constantly laughed at the way she so blithely handled parenting and cooking. She wore these tights and short skirts and loafers… the cutest ‘mother of 3 boys’ you ever wanted to see.
I love her so much.

My Aunt Kathy was the kindest and sweetest person ever. She always had an open door for me when I was attending Catholic University in Washington DC and my own parents were far away, Aunt Kathy always checked in with me. She made sure I had a place at her table for Thanksgivings and Easters and many a "simple" Sunday dinner.
Aunt Kathy always had time to lend a listening ear and didn't have a single judgmental cell in her body. She made her home a haven for body and spirit. Her smile attracted you to her and her genuine kindness held you close.
She will be missed by all who knew her but especially her wonderful husband (my dear Uncle Chuck) her children and her many grandchildren.
