Kathy was a great field hockey player and an excellent sport.
I am so sorry for your loss. She was such a sweet child and a lovely woman. I remember babysitting her when she was 2 and sitting in the doorway at 618 West 3rd. I still remember feeding her fish, and between every bite she had to have a spoonful of ice cream. I know she is in Heaven with God. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
Love, Cousin Judy (Peart) Leventry
I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of my friend Kathy. We were neighbors and classmates, and those of us who attended the Ursuline Class of "64 50th reunion were so glad to see her there. She experienced great loss in her life and I'm so glad that she was able to find happiness in her family - sons, grandchildren, and supportive siblings. As time goes on I hope that all of you will find comfort in remembering the happy times you shared with her. Unfortunately a longstanding commitment prevents my being able to attend the Mass tomorrow. Jack and I will send a donation to Meals on Wheels.

Please accept my deepest condolences for your faimily's loss. When I turned the page in this morning's newspaper, I was saddened to see the face that I instantly remembered as Kathy, my classmate at Ursuline. I remember her as always smiling, cheerful and friendly. Gone too soon.

In our youth cousin Kathy was a favorite relative. The daughter of aunt Betty and Uncle Bitsy who I greatly admired, always had a special place in our hearts. We shared the loss of Charlie in the Vietnam War. The song "Bridge over troubled waters" still brings me heartbreak. We are inspired by her overcoming the struggles this tragedy brought. And we are greatly pleased that she found happiness and success in her life.
We can only imagine the sense of loss for her children and grandchildren, but we encourage you to always remember her strength and her love.
Our sincere regards for the wonderful Grandell family,
Larry and Mary Ann Peart.
To Chuck, Danny and your entire families. We send our deepest condolences for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Love, the Volanoski family.
Thinking of you Dan and Jen and family and sending love and prayers. Kathy & John
