I'm missing Uncle Karl. I am so glad that we had several chances to speak in the last few weeks. He was a very loving uncle and I have lots of good memories of us in San Antonio.

It is with great sadness and joy that I sign this guestbook. Sadness because eventhough miles apart and only a few visits since he left San Antonio, I loved and missed our "Uncle Karl." I found comfort in knowing he was enjoying life with his family and friends. It is with joy in reflecting on the wonderful memories made many years ago. Growing up, Saturday mornings were great times filled with Uncle Karl and Dunkin Donuts. I can still see Uncle Karl and my dad (Mark) sipping coffee on the back porch, relaxing and catching up on the activities of the previous week. We loved our Saturday morning time with Uncle Karl. What a wonderful memory! I believe they have been reunited and Dad is showing him all around, coffee in hand, discussing meticulously kept lawns.... this was a passion they shared!
Aunt Jean, Uncle Earl and families, it is my prayer that your cup overflows with the peace and comfort that only God can provide and in knowing that one day, we will all be united again.

Karl was a wonderful neighbor and friend. He had the best lawn of any one in the development, which he took great pride in. He was well respected by his neighbors and we will all miss seeing him.
I'm sorry for the loss of your dear and precious Karl, you are not alone and may you find encouragement from God's word the holy bible at Psalms 34:18:"Jehovah is near to those that are broken at heart; And those who are crushed in spirit he saves."
