Dear Bob, Words cannot express how sad I feel after hearing of Karen's passing. I am so very sorry for your loss. I remember the pancake breakfasts we both organized for St. Mary's and the fun we had with it! She was truly one of a kind. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Cindy
Bob, Sandy and I send you and your family our deepest sympathy.
To Sarah Ritter & her Dad and brothers;
Please know how sad I am for you and will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Sarah, you are thought of often by many of us at the closed St. Mary's School.
I will always remember your smile and beautiful heart. Your mark in this world will never be forgotten and certainly not the memories we have shared over the years. I feel so blessed that I was able to see Karen a few years ago. I will cherish that forever.... May your spirit remain with us always. Love you girl, Christy Allen

I was a good friend of Karen "back in the day". We had a lot of great times. I was honored with the many memories of the crafts we made together and all the Domino's pizzas we shared on Louisa Street. The wild 4th of July parties on Maybee Hill are also a happy part of my memories. I am so sorry to hear of her life taken so young. I know she was a loving wife and wonderful mother even though we lost touch. I pray for comfort for Dorothy, Carl and Bob. I know that this is in God's hands and he will see them through. My prayers and thoughts are with you all and may God bless.
Love Always, Gloria
