Joshua Davide Southworth's Obituary
Joshua Davide Southworth, born in Baltimore, Maryland, passed away in his home on Monday, March 6, 2023, at the age of 45 with his family by his side.
If you were lucky enough to know Josh, you knew that you were loved and he told you many times. During his short time here, he found a way into everyone’s heart and his kindness poured out into those he loved. Josh loved his family near and far, his many friends, all things Baltimore sports related, the Grateful Dead, camping, fishing, and making others laugh. He was employed by Schell Brothers for several dedicated years, and his colleagues were more like family than coworkers. Josh hated beach traffic, sappy love movies, all fruits and vegetables, as well as having to lock his wife’s car and turn off the light at the side door every night. That’s really it. He was the best go with the flow type of guy, and always carried on with a smile. Josh we’ve always loved you and will miss you terribly.
Josh is survived by his wife, Elyssa; his children: DJ, Jayden, Tyler, Caitlyn, and Alyssa; his parents, Jaci and Lee Goldhammer; his sister Jennifer; his brothers: Joel and Jeremy; his cousin, Trey; and all of their families; an incredible extended family; many, many, friends; and his beloved puppies Bentley and Nala.
