What a wonderful person to have working in the bank He was always delightful to see.
I worked with Joe during the first couple of years after he came to FRB Cleveland, on the planning for the building project, on scenario analysis, & on the final proposal for the building itself. He was a terrific colleague and someone I counted as a friend. I am sorry to hear of his untimely passing. My condolences to the family. Dan Littman, Cleveland Ohio.
