I worked with Joe at the Pentagon when my wife had a serious automobile accident. Joe was the person who took care of me never.forget it. Also, we were the only two people in our building the morning of 9/11 with Joe directing what needed to be done. He was a very good person one could tell that right away upon meeting him. RIP

I first met Joe when he interviewed me for a position at Fort Monmouth. I got the position, and soon learned that Joe was a very intelligent individual with a very different sense of humor.
