JOSEPH ROCCO FIOCCHI, JR, 82
Joseph Rocco Fiocchi, Jr (Joe) of Lewes, DE, formerly of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on June 6, 2021, at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, DE.
Born November 1, 1938, in Vineland, NJ he was the son of the late Joseph R Fiocchi and Emily Amadei Fiocchi. He was preceded in death by his sister, Adeline Fiocchi, brothers James and Augie Fiocchi, and beloved brother-in-law, Tony Cecero.
Mr. Fiocchi was a 1956 graduate of Vineland High School and went on to receive his bachelor’s degree in business from Rowan University. He retired after 22 years of owning and operating F & R Safety in Richland, NJ. His passions in life were his family, exploring his Italian heritage, traveling and Formula One racing. He and his wife travelled many times to Italy and many countries around the world. He loved to take day trips in the car, was an incredible adventurer. He had a wealth of knowledge on numerous topics and enjoyed sharing the many unique things he uncovered during his travels with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Elaine DiCamillo Fiocchi, and children Paul Fiocchi Kandle and daughter, Amadei Fiocchi and husband Jake Forbes of Griffin, GA; stepsons, Douglas and William Robbins and their wives, Cathy and Kimberly and their children, Matthew, Benjamin, Zachary, and Amy; his sister, Rita Cecero, of Vineland, NJ and sister-in-law, Lynne Fiocchi of PA.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, July 12 , 2021 at 11:00 AM, at Christ the Good Sheperd Church, 1655 Magnolia Rd, Vineland, NJ 08361.
