Joseph Mark Pavusik II's Obituary
Mark Pavusik, 72 of Lewes, DE passed peacefully at home surrounded by his husband and family after a long battle with cancer on Thursday, June 6, 2024. He is survived by his husband of 10 years, Donald Krzyzkowski.
Mark was Born in Harrisburg, PA to Joseph and Virginia Pavusik of Enola, PA, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his son, Michael Westwick of Virginia, Michael’s wife Stephanie, and his granddaughter Kennedy; his grandson, Asher James Westwick, his brother, Steve Pavusik(wife Candy) of Duncannon, PA and sisters, Irene Pomeroy ( late husband Harry, ) formerly of Dauphin, PA, Becky Ash (husband LeRoy) of Camp Hill, PA, and Kathleen Sanderson (husband Larry) of Lewisberry, PA; and his many cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
He will be very much missed by his 2 dogs, Miko and Kody, who he loved!
Mark graduated from Cumberland Valley High School in 1970. He was an apprentice union carpenter after graduation.
He then worked doing what he loved best - selling cars. Mark also worked at Sutliff Chevrolet in Harrisburg and was their top salesperson. A skilled entrepreneur, Mark then opened his own car lot, P & S Motors in Newberrytown, PA. Then he opened a car lot in Steelton, PA Heritage Motors, which he owned for many years. After moving to Lewes/Rehoboth DE, Mark worked at Lewes Auto Mall.
He loved camping with his husband and his family. He also loved canoeing and cooking! Mark’s memory will continue to bring comfort to those who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 105 Gosling Creek Road, Lewes, DE 19958. An additional Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at the Friendship Fire Co. Club, 757 Main St., Steelton, PA 17113.
