We are so sorry for the loss of your husband and Dad. We both have such fond memories of him at many Carter family functions!
He was such an honorable man and you should all be so proud of him.
So sorry to hear of Joe Marshall's death. He was a humble, sweet man. Purple Heart....we had no idea. God rest his soul and our prayers are for Virginia .Phyllis and Richie .
I want to offer my condolenses to the Marshall family. Having grown up in Lewes and also graduating from the former Lewes High School. (Class of 1963) I know the family well and share with them there loss in my heart and prayers.
We miss you dad. Your passing has left a hole in our hearts that may take forever to heal. Please say hello to Grandmother Sadie and Granddad Fred .... I'm sure that you are filling them in on all the Grandkids and Great Grandkids about now!
