I was honored to have known Mr. Kuchinsky from his visits to Towson, Maryland on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings . I enjoyed the many chats we had about his lovely family, his youth, his military service, and his beach house. Mr. K is one of those people who leaves a special mark on the heart of everyone they cross paths with. He always brightened my day. My heartfelt condolences to his family, who have all been in my thoughts and prayers. He was a kind-hearted man whose love and pride for his wife, children, and grandchildren, was evident by the way his eyes lit up when he spoke of them. He is greatly missed. Erin S.

Joe and I met in Vietnam in 1968 serving with the 127th MP Co. Qui Nhon. He was one off the guys that showed the new kid the ropes. Joe's passing makes me very sad as we lost another of our brothers on May 4th. Robert Nehring, Robert put together the golf outings many moons ago in Michigan. I believe this was the last time I saw Joe. We were e-mail buddies. And occasionally we even talked about our health. Not our favorite topic though. Family was much easier to discuss for both of us. I know Joe is in a better place now, although way too soon. Please be assured that Joe will always be a brother to the men he served with. He will never be forgotten by the 127th. Good bless his wonderful family.

I served with Joe in the 127th MP Company in Qui Nhon, Vietnam in 1968 & 69. Joe was one of those people you had complete faith and trust in. He always had your back. It was my honor to have been able to know him and serve with him. We had occasion to share our memories of that time when we were able to talk or get together. His time was too short but his memory will live on in many of us who served with him. He will be missed by us all. RIP Brother Joe!
