Well, I certainly wasn't expecting my Uncle to be gone so soon,, we had plans for after this pandemic.
I will hold all happy memories of all the good times and fun, as an Uncle he was the most fun,best sense of humor, he took us placed,places, showed us things and we enjoyed many many sleepovers at Uncle Joey's. I will always feel our bond, death cannot take that away from me and I know I'll see him again. I will miss our chatty texts,though. I hope Chip can feel some sense of peace at this time, as hard as it may be, it's not goodbye it's see you later. He's playing the piano for God now, with all that have gone before him enjoying the music.

My love and heartfelt empathy go out to Chip and family. My memory of Joe is of the delishiousness he shared with his baking. The treats, especially Easter hot cross buns, were amazing. I hope he and Julia Childs are up there cooking up a storm that one day I can dine with them.
