My sincere condolences to the family of Horvie! He and I were classmates in MCAdoo High and Hazleton High and McCann School of Business. Our mode of transportation to business School was riding the bus to and from while the Penn State mates drove past us every a.m.!!!! We took the civil service test and he went south and I went north and the rest was history. We finally connected again at the beach for lunch. Joe was a very respectful young man all through his life. May his memory be Eternal. Rest in peace my friend.
