Joseph Dvorshock's Obituary
Joseph "Joe" Dvorshock, age 63, of Millsboro, DE passed away at Delaware Hospice on Friday, August 24, 2012. He was born in Hazleton, PA on Sunday, December 26, 1948, son of the late Leonard M. and Margaret M. (Takach) Dvorshock.
Mr. Dvorshock enjoyed a life long career as a Home Healthcare Registered Nurse with Renaissance Healthcare, Genesis Healthcare and currently Delaware Hospice Center. He was a loving man, full of compassion and care for others; admired by friends and co-workers undoubtedly as the best Nurse ever! Mr. Dvorshock was an avid reader with a love for classical and operatic music. He was a very family oriented man who never missed an opportunity to entertain others with his culinary and baking skills. He was a beloved brother, brother in-law, uncle, cousin, co-worker and friend who will be sorely missed by all.
Mr. Dvorshock is survived by his brother Leonard J. Dvorshock and his wife Carol of Camden-Wyoming, DE; one nephew: Gregory Dvorshock and his wife Raquel of Oaklyn, NJ; one niece: Cynthia Schirmann and her husband Buddy of Cherry Hill, NJ; two grand nephews: Jeremy Schirmann of Cherry Hill, NJ and David Dvorshock of Oaklyn, NJ; two grand nieces: Amanda and Trisha Dvorshock of Oaklyn, NJ.
All services will be private. Arrangements by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Lewes, DE.
