To the Clough Family: My brothers, Tom and Paul Loughrey,were good friends of Joe's for many years,performing in the Defiance Minstrels. My husband and I were honored to have Joe sing, in Church, at our Wedding. Joe and Ruth were a beautiful couple. You are all in our prayers.

Joe was a true friend and a wonderful person & Veteran. I still have a blue blazer he gave me when I was Commander of the VFW.
