A dedicated father, Joe raised two sons and instilled in them the values of hard work and tough love, believing that anything was achievable with determination. He cherished his role as a grandfather to Nicholas, Samantha, and Marlayna Capaldi, and his love for them was immeasurable.
Joe was devoted to his faith and grateful for his church family at Bethel Church in Lewes DE. His family would like to extend a special thank you to his caring neighbor, Gale, and Pastor Jim, for their kindness and support.
