Joseph John Bradley's Obituary
Joseph J. Bradley, age 75 of Rehoboth Beach, DE, passed peacefully into God's hands on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at his home, with his loving wife, Cindy, by his side. He was born on June 3, 1944 in Buffalo, NY, son of the late Joseph and Mary Catherine (Carr) Bradley.
Joe grew up in Wilmington, DE, where he attended both Salesianum and Mount Pleasant High Schools. He was a proud veteran, having honorably served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Throughout his career, Joe owned several businesses and worked for Delaware Park and Ocean Downs.
Joe came into the world with a big spirit, a sense of adventure, and ready to live life to its fullest. His courage, sense of humor, and spunky personality will live on in those who love him most. We will all miss him dearly and feel his spirit with us everyday. We thank the Lord for giving us a kind-hearted and fun husband, father, brother, and friend. Thank you for sharing your life with us, Joe.
In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his daughter, Nikole; and his brother, Patrick. His memory is cherished by his beloved wife, Cindy; his children: Daniele and Joseph (Beau); his stepson, Hunter Rice; his brothers: Michael (Tammy) and Shawn (Stacey); his sisters: Eileen Timm (Raymond), Kathleen, and Colleen Massado (William); his aunt, Dorothy Carr Devine; his lifelong friends: Dickie Rago and John Maiorano; and a host of nieces and nephews.
