Joe & Fran are two of the sweetest people I know. I met them over 25 years ago when they decided to volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Fran & Joe delivered every week, no matter what. When Joe had his stroke they continued to deliver. They never stopped doing what they could to people that were less fortune than them. They were a wonderful couple.
