I was fortunate enough to be a player for Coach Fisher in 1986. He took a chance on me, and I will always be thankful for him. Coach Fisher was a tremendous man who I looked up too and respected so much.
All of us who played for him were blessed to be with him. I have the deepest condolences for his family. You will be missed but never forgotten coach!

I played for Coach Fisher and the "Bear"in 1969 Followed Coach Fisher's footsteps and played for Slippery Rock State College in 1970-1972. Tough but fair. Carol so sorry for your loss.

I played football and wrestled for coach Fisher at Wesley College in1970 and 1972. Coach Fisher inspired me to always give 100 per cent of myself on and off the field. Over the years I got to see Coach Fisher but I regret not taking the time to see him more often. My deepest sympathy to the Fisher family.
Coach Fisher was one of the truly great guys and represented Lock Haven University at the highest level both on the football field and in the classroom. His legacy is one that will retain the utmost respect from all connected to LHU and the local community.
Jack, I will forever be grateful for my time spent with you listening big to you impart wisdom to my brother after a loss or a win. I will always cherish your advice and kindness. Heaven has one of the best men I’ve ever known. Thank you! Hugs my friend!
