John Angelo Iacona III's Obituary
John Angelo Iacona, 63, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, surrounded by loved ones, after a hard fought battle with Cancer. Born in Philadelphia, PA, John was the son of John Iacona Jr. and the late Hildagard Iacona.
John was known for his tireless work ethic and love for his family. He was a Contractor by trade, but excelled at everything construction related. He had a special love for cabinetry and fine wood work; from Plumbing and Electric to HVAC and Roofing, John could do it all. He was known for his attention to detail, and his work was admired by all. Outside of work, John found joy in boating, fishing, cooking, music, sports, and always took time to lend a hand when someone was in need.
John is survived by his wife, Donna Iacona, and their beloved children Richard(Amie) Lacovara, Devon (Mike) O’Malley, Lauren (Omar) Mangual, and Eric Lacovara. He was a Proud Grandfather to Colin, Leah, Savannah, Sophia, Alivia, Shyla, Vayda and a cherished friend to many.
